Currently operating observation decks are found only at the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center and One World Trade Center. These businesses yield a staggering amount of revenue for their building’s owners and immensely positive public relations.

Visit these Observation Decks in the Future
30 Hudson Yards (500 West 33rd Street) is scheduled for completion in 2019 and is slated to have an observation deck. It will rise 1,287 feet and contain 2,600,000 square feet of building area.
One Vanderbilt (corner of 42nd Street) had its ground-breaking on October 18, 2016 and is scheduled for completion sometime in 2020. It will rise 1,301 feet and contain 1,600,000 square feet of building area.
