Boutique Loft Offices

54 West 21st Street

The buildings near Madison Square Park offer boutique loft offices. Attributes that differentiate the quality of these buildings include:

Age and Condition: With few exceptions, the buildings in this area were constructed in the 1900s. They are architecturally authentic and offer a rich character. Capable owners have invested millions in upgrading lobbies, mechanical systems, HVAC, windows, restrooms and telecom connectivity.

Lobby, Security and Access: Restored lobbies make a lasting impression. Most buildings employ a lobby attendant during business hours (Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm). A few have a 24/7 lobby attendant. After-hours access is by key fob or card scan.

Office Interiors: High open ceilings, wood floors, columns, and exposed brick can be found in many lofts. Recently constructed spaces feature glass fronted offices, pantries with appliances, and exposed ceiling hung HVAC ductwork. As a rule of thumb, furniture is not included with your office rental.

Light, Views and Air: Building fronting Madison Square Park and those on the avenues offer better light, views, and air. Higher floors in side street buildings will also provide nice city views.
